Brush Trading ("we", "our", "us") built CDL Test Prep: Practice Exam ("the App") as a free, ad-supported application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

• No account or sign-up is required
• No name, email, phone number, or address is collected
• No location data is collected
• No photos, contacts, or files are accessed
• No data is sent to our servers — there are no servers

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Settings preferences — your selected state, theme, and appearance mode
• Practice progress — which questions you've answered, your accuracy, and exam scores
• Question database — CDL practice questions bundled with the App

This data never leaves your device. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is deleted.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Google AdMob

We display banner advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free availability of the App. Google AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's privacy policy. This may include:

• Device identifiers (advertising ID)
• General location (IP-based, not GPS)
• App usage data for ad personalization

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
